Who we are
This website, havant.co, is operated by Havant Enterprises, part of the NAH Foods group, based in Bedford, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@havant.co.
What we collect
When you use the “Book a free consultation” form we collect the details you submit: your name, your channel or brand, your email address, your audience size and the description of your idea. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry and to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
Your form submission is delivered to us by Resend (email delivery) and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and may process it outside the UK. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or object to our use of your personal data, or ask us to restrict it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@havant.co. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this notice.
